What we do
Joyaholic sells personalised jewellery, made to order: name necklaces, initial birthstone necklaces and photo locket bracelets. We keep the range small on purpose, so every piece we offer is one we know well and can stand behind.
Personalised jewellery is usually bought as a gift: for a birthday, a new baby, Mother's Day, or to remember someone. That's why we built the shop around a live preview. You see the name, letter, finish and stone as you choose them, and check them again before you pay, so the piece that arrives is the one you pictured.
How your piece is made
Nothing is made until you order it. Your piece is made with your personalisation ⟦by whom and where, stated plainly, e.g. "by our production partner in [city, country]"⟧, checked against your order, and sent by tracked delivery. Making takes 3 to 5 working days. Read more on our delivery page.
What we promise
- Honest prices. One price for everyone, shown with free delivery included. No fake "was" prices or countdown timers.
- Clear descriptions. We tell you what each piece is made of. Our pieces are plated, and our birthstones are coloured crystals, not precious gems.
- We put it right. If your piece arrives faulty, damaged or different from your order, you get a full refund or a free remake. See our returns policy.
- Safe payment. Checkout runs on PayPal, so we never see your card details.
- Real people. Every email to sales@joyaholic.com is read and answered by us within one working day.
