Checkout runs on PayPal. You can pay from a PayPal account or with a debit or credit card, no account needed.

Can I return a personalised piece?

Name necklaces and lockets fitted with your photos are made just for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. Initial necklaces and empty lockets can be returned within 14 days. If anything arrives faulty or differs from your order, email us within 30 days for a full refund or a free remake. Returns policy
